South African athleisure clothing brand Siko Republik celebrated a key milestone in style with a sensational Body Beat Party which took place at Soweto’s mini beach outlet on vilakazi street, on the 28th of November 2020, taking the brand back to eKasi for a fun, engaging and educational experience for the fitness lovers. 

Hosted by popular TV personality Kayise Ngqula, the event saw celebrities, lifestyle and fitness influencers including actress Lunathi Mampofu, model & actress Sikelelwa Vuyeleni, actor Sphamandla Dhludhlu, influencer and radio presenter Tulz Madala, world renowned choreographer Paul Modjadji and radio presenter Mthaux to mention but a few convene in celebration of the proudly South African brand. 

They were treated to a great afternoon of experiencing Siko Republik, with an insightful panel discussion from Dark & Lovely sharing some tips and tricks on how to take care of natural hair and an exclusive fashion show, officially revealing some new Siko additions including  an exciting swimwear range, a print launch and cute items for the summer season which blew the guests away. 

The Body Beat Party was a birthday celebration fit for a young and dynamic athleisure wear urbanite, a culmination of fashion and entertainment, one for the books. The guests, including some of Siko’s most trusted clientele, closed the afternoon on a high with her majesty Busiswa taking center stage for an epic, magical performance. 

What a time it has been, two years of growth and cementing our brand identity… we have come a long way and are very excited to have launched our new range on such a momentous day,” said founder Jabulile Gwala. “We are truly looking forward to many more years of promoting a well-balanced lifestyle through our clothing, while ensuring that our consumers are looking good and staying true to their culture, she added.
